SUMMARY:Senior Wardens Dinner
DESCRIPTION:Brethren\, \nYou are cordially invited to the Senior Wardens’ Dinner on October 3rd\, 2026\, at 6:00 PM at Blanchester Lodge No. 191. The 8th District will be hosting the event and covering the cost of meals for all Senior Wardens (or their representatives) and their ladies. Your Senior Warden must be in attendance to select the 2027 Inspection date for your Lodge. Inspections will be held on Friday evenings and two on Saturdays. We encourage Saturday Inspections at 9:00 AM (8:00 AM for breakfast/donuts)\, with a second Inspection starting at 11:00 or 12:00 to prevent lengthy delays. \nPlease upload a tentative list of Officers with contact info onto the 8th District Shared Drive before the PM Convocation. Your Lodge Secretary can assist you. All District Association members are welcome to attend\, and dinner reservations need to be communicated to RWB Dale Sullenberger dsullenberger@earthlink.net by September 23rd\, 2026. \nQuestions came up and this may clarify some things:\n1. Who needs to attend the SW Dinner?\na. The incoming Master should attend to select his inspection date for the 2025 inspection season. \n2. Who can attend the SW Dinner?\na. Ladies are welcome and encouraged to attend!\nb. A Lodge member representing the Lodge can attend as desired. \n3. Can Ladies attend the meeting inside the Lodge room for inspection date selection?\na. Yes. Everyone will be introduced so if you forget your Lady that will cost you a dress…. lol. \n4. Do I have to pay for meals?\na. No. The 8th District will cover the meals. \nIf you need access to your Lodge’s shared Files for the 8th District\, please let me know so I can send you logon information and how to use it. Most of the information for inspections and GL communication will be posted in the Lodge’s shared files. \nLink to Senior Warden Dinner letter. \nSee you at the SW Dinner! \nI bind no hands\, yet I unite all who enter.
